Terms and conditions of sale

1 • Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “TCS”) define the terms under which Emotions & Prestige By S provides luxury concierge services to its clients (hereinafter “the Client”).
Any order implies the Client’s full and unconditional acceptance of these TCS.

3 • Services Offered

Les prestations peuvent inclure, sans s’y limiter :

  • Coordination of tailor-made trips and stays (excluding travel agency activities)
  • Booking of services (hotels, restaurants, transport, events)
  • Personalized concierge services and connections with selected partners
Some services are provided by third-party partners. In such cases, Emotions & Prestige By S acts as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for the proper performance of services by these partners.

4 • Orders

Any service request is subject to:
  • A quote or written confirmation specifying the details of the service, its price, and terms of execution
  • The Client’s written acceptance of the quote, either by signing or by paying a deposit

5 • Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Prices are quoted in euros and exclusive of tax unless otherwise stated.
    Services must be paid in full or according to the terms specified in the quote.
    A deposit may be required to confirm the order.
    Payments may be made by bank transfer, credit card, or any other means accepted by the company.
    In case of late payment, statutory penalties will apply in accordance with Article L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code.

6 • Cancellation Policy

All cancellations by the Client must be notified in writing.
If cancellation occurs after the order is confirmed, fees may be charged, especially if non-refundable bookings have been made with partners.
Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in the quote or order confirmation.

7 • Liability

Emotions & Prestige By S undertakes to use all necessary means to provide quality services. However, it cannot be held liable for delays, cancellations, or non-performance attributable to third-party partners or to force majeure (as defined in Article 1218 of the French Civil Code).

8 • Personal Data

The data collected is necessary for the proper execution of services. It is processed in accordance with applicable regulations (GDPR). The Client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data upon written request to emotions.services.by.s@gmail.com.

9 • Intellectual Property

The content of the website and communication materials (texts, visuals, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of Emotions & Prestige By S and may not be reproduced without authorization.

10 • Governing Law and Disputes

These TCS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the competent court will be the one with jurisdiction over the registered office of Emo Sandrine E.I., unless otherwise required by law.
